Hart Capital Strategies coordinates CPA-led cost segregation to help property owners and developers improve cash flow by identifying building components eligible for accelerated depreciation under current IRS guidance. We manage the intake, documentation, and specialist coordination so your CPA has the support needed to evaluate and implement the strategy correctly.
What sets us apart: in addition to traditional cost segregation, we have access to proprietary, patented methodologies and documentation frameworks that many cost segregation providers do not offer. When applicable, this can increase the portion of a project that qualifies for accelerated depreciation—especially for renovations, interior build-outs, and design-phase planning.

Clare’s work aligns capital planning, financing pathways, CPA-led tax strategy coordination, and energy economics into a single execution workflow. She leads diligence packaging, coordinates with CPAs, engineers, solar specialists, contractors, and lending partners, and supports clients from initial analysis through implementation—so projects aren’t managed in silos.
She has completed a Harvard Business certificate program in Alternative Investments, bringing a disciplined risk-and-returns lens to each engagement.
